Minimum charges for booking the room

There is no room fee, yes,.. that's right, no room fee, just a minimum you must spend when booking a private party in our banquet room. The basic minimum spending that we ask is stated below, broken down by time and day. In order for us to accommodate your party appropriately, we will need to have an accurate head count. All of your food and beverage purchases go towards the minimum amount. Tax and gratuity are not included in these figures. A 20% gratuity is added to booked parties of 24 or fewer, 25% for parties larger than 25 people.

Monday - Friday Lunch ~ $250.00
Saturday Lunch ~ $350.00
Sunday Lunch during Football Season ~ $500.00
Sunday Lunch for the remainder of the year ~ $250.00

Monday - Thursday Dinner ~ $500.00
Friday - Saturday Dinner ~ $1500.00
Sunday Dinner during Football season ~ $1000
Sunday Dinner for the remainder of the year ~ $500

We do occasionally book breakfast or after-hours parties as well. There is a $250.00 fee for these bookings. This covers the cost of bringing in staff earlier than normal. We require at least two weeks notice for all off-hour parties. These are handled on a case - by - case basis, and may not always be available.
