Mark Matheson

Mark got interested in homebrewing beer in the late 70's and when he was enrolled at San Joaquin Delta College took a beginning winemaking class and was smitten for life with the Fermentation Sciences. He then enrolled at the University of California at Davis, where he studied Winemaking and Beer Brewing and upon graduation embarked upon a 23 year career in the craft brewery and boutique winery industries. He looks forward to brewing continued zymurlogical delights. He is currently proprietor of Matheson Winery, Rio Rancho's premier urban winery.

Bill Krostag

Bill was born in Brooklyn New York and grew up in Kingston Pennsylvania. Bill and his lovely and charming wife Diane have been married for over thirty years and haven't killed each other..... YET. Bill has been working at Turtle Mountain since 2004 and has been homebrewing since 1991. He received his training at University of Rio Rancho, Turtle Mountain Branch. Bill has contributed several of his homebrew receipes, after having adjusted them for practicality, for brewing at Turtle Mountain; the Amnesia, Oblivion Express, Bill's Brown and the Arrogant Bastard clone which evolved into the original anniversary beer. TMBC has started producing a series of his homebrews called "Billz Beerz".
