Turtle Mountain Brewing Company Restaurant Menu
What makes Turtle Mountain Brewing Company great? OK, many people would argue that it’s the beer that makes us great. Well, that’s certainly a very important part of our operation. But we wouldn’t be able to serve our beers without serving food with them, And the main food that we choose to serve with our world-class brews with is wood-fired pizzas and calzones. While we were in the old building that was the majority of the menu, with some delicious salads and grinders thrown in for good measure. When we moved into our new home up the street, we decided to put in a full kitchen to complement our brand new wood-fired oven that anchors our open kitchen. For those of you who always wanted to get a burger or a steak or some fried appetizers, this change was with you in mind. Although pizzas and calzones still anchor our newly expanded menu, we also have a wide variety of appetizers, sandwiches and burgers, as well as pub favorites like Fish and Chips, Brewer’s Ribeye, Macaroni and Cheese, and assorted daily specials. Click on the menu categories below to see what is cooking at the new Turtle Mountain Brewing Company.

| CABO | | OG | 1.048 | | This brew is a smooth Mexican-style ale. While light and crisp on its own, adding a lime, (some say), makes this beer that much more refreshing. Cheers! | | BU | 15 | | ABW | 3.80 | | | | RED RYE | | OG | 1.048 | | This amber has been a customer favorite for the last decade, surviving the test of time. With just a bit of flaked rye for spiciness, this spiced amber is quite refreshing. Join our Turtle family and enjoy a pint. | | BU | 20 | | ABW | 4.50 | | | | STEAM ALE | | OG | 1.052 | | This American Pale Ale features Northern Brewer and Cascade hops. Also known as Locomotive Breath, this brew has been a TMBC staple for the last ten years. | | BU | 35 | | ABW | 5.00 | | | | ESSBUH EJB ESB | | OG | 1.050 | | This E.S.B. (Extra Special Bitter) is named after and dedicated to our late friend, Eric J Benjamin. Celebrate Eric's memory with a pint of Essbuh EJB ESB and remember his kindness and lust for life. | | BU | 25 | | ABW | 4.60 | | | | HOP HEAD RED | | OG | 1.052 | | Another awesome pale ale brought to you by Turtle Mountain. This brew has dark crystal and Melanoidin malts to give off its rich red hue and a slight roastiness. Hopped with Amarillo and Cascade hops, you'll be reaching for a second pint. | | BU | 45 | | ABW | 4.80 | | | | UNGLUED ALE | | OG | 1.048 | | Are you gluten intolerant? Well now, there's no need to go through life without good beer. Made with white sorghum as opposed to malted barley, Turtle Mountain's Unglued Ale is a gluten-free beer. With more than a pound of Centennial hops per barrel, added in both the boil and the dry-hop, this brew is a pale ale. While all the ingredients are classified as gluten-free, this beer was created in our brewery which does house a multitude of various grains. CHEERS!! | | BU | 35 | | ABW | 4.60 | | | | INDEPENDENCE I.P.A. | | OG | 1.064 | | Quickly becoming a crowd favorite, this crisp I.P.A. is quadruple hopped with 100% Cascade hops. Raise your glass and enjoy your Independence. | | BU | 70 | | ABW | 6.50 | | | | THREE WISE GUYS SPICED ALE | | OG | 1.054 | | This winter warmer will be sure to awake the senses. Beautifully spiced with ginger, Belgian allspice, and cinnamon, it is sure to bring holiday cheer. | | BU | 15 | | ABW | 5.00 | | | | YARDSALE BROWN | | OG | 1.054 | | This brown ale is soft on the palate and is easy to quaff. This brew is ever changing and has a proprietory blend of malts and hops. | | BU | 15 | | ABW | 5.30 | | | | OL' BROWN EYE'S | | OG | 1.048 | | This English-style brown ale is constructed of dark crystals, black malts, raw sugar and 100% East Kent Goldings hops. With a soft feel on the palate and a lower gravity, this beer will comfort you all day. | | BU | 20 | | ABW | 4.40 | | | | MILKSHAKE STOUT | | OG | 1.060 | | Don't let the name fool you, the only thing soft about this beer is it's smooth finish. This stout has over 750 pounds of mixed malts, Magnum hops for balance and lactose (milk sugar). Since the yeast can't metabolize the lactose sugars, this beer has a creamy sweetness. | | BU | 20 | | ABW | 6.10 | | | | OL OKU BARLEYWINE | | OG | 1.098 | | This Barleywine has the Turtle attitude that we all aspire to have. With nearly 900 lbs of malts and grains & nearly 30 lbs of Centennial and Galena hops, this beer weighs in at 10 1/2% alcohol by weight.
