What makes Turtle Mountain Brewing Company great? OK, many people would argue that it’s the beer that makes us great. Well, that’s certainly a very important part of our operation. But we wouldn’t be able to serve our beers without serving food with them, And the main food that we choose to serve with our world-class brews with is wood-fired pizzas and calzones. While we were in the old building that was the majority of the menu, with some delicious salads and grinders thrown in for good measure. When we moved 
into our new home up the street, we decided to put in a full kitchen to complement our brand new wood-fired oven that anchors our open kitchen. For those of you who always wanted to get a burger or a steak or some fried appetizers, this change was with you in mind. Although pizzas and calzones still anchor our newly expanded menu, we also have a wide variety of appetizers, sandwiches and burgers, as well as pub favorites like Fish and Chips, Brewer’s Ribeye, Macaroni and Cheese, and assorted daily specials. Monday
The Monday - turkey, bacon, swiss lettuce, tomato, red onions, garlic mayo on foccacia, served with a side of greek dressing for dipping
Spicy Blue Prosciutto Pizza - Cracked black pepper-encrusted dough, creamy blue cheese base, prosciutto, fresh jalapeno slices and mozzarella.
Tuesday
Taco Plate - 3 beef or chicken tacos with cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, Spanish beans, papas with green chile sauce topped with cheddar
Fiesta Pizza - black bean sauce, chicken, beef, diced tomatoes, fresh jalapeno slices, mozzarella and cheddar, topped with green onions
Wednesday
Black and Bleu Burger - Cracked black pepper-encrusted 100% certified prime Angus beef patty topped with swiss and creamy bleu cheese.
Pizza Maria - rosemary infused olive oil base, chicken, roasted garlic, caramelized onions, goat cheese topped with fresh rosemary
Thursday
Chimichanga - Chicken, green chile & cheddar smothered in choice of red or green chile sauce & served with Spanish beans & rice
Taco Pizza - Red chile sauce base with pinto beans, ground beef, diced tomatoes, onions and cheddar, topped with corn tortilla crisps.
Friday
Ironhouse - grilled flatiron steak, sauteed onions & mushrooms, and swiss on a hoagie
Chicago Pizza - marinara, meatballs, Italian sausage, roasted garlic, mozzarella & parmesan
Grilled Romaine Heart - Grilled romaine lettuce with Italian dressing, shredded parmesan, bacon, diced tomatoes and a grilled chicken breast.
Saturday
Honey Dijon Sandwich - Fried chicken tenders, ham, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes drizzled with honey Dijon mustard served on a Kaiser roll.
Pizza Diablo - Red chile sauce, pepper jack, bacon, onions, chipotle peppers & mozzarella sprinkled with chimayo red chile powder
Mandarin Chicken Salad - Grilled chicken breast on a bed of greens with mandarin oranges, crispy wonton strips, sesame seeds and orange-almond vinaigrette.
Sunday
Colorado Pizza - Cracked black pepper-encrusted dough, cream cheese base, pepperoni, black olives, onions, fresh jalapeno slices and mozzarella.

| Are you gluten intolerant? Well now, there's no need to go through life without good beer. Made with white sorghum as opposed to malted barley, Turtle Mountain's Unglued Ale is a gluten-free beer. With more than a pound of Centennial hops per barrel, added in both the boil and the dry-hop, this brew is a pale ale.
